Abstract

This article examines research areas in Kazakh language stylistics, including its various types of stylistics and styles.

The aim of this scientific study is to summarize the specific features of speech stylistics and present new insights based on the study of style types.

The relevance of this research stems from the need to study speech stylistics within other stylistics, given the expanding and comprehensive use of oral and written forms in the modern Kazakh language. The diversity of the objects of study in Kazakh language stylistics, as well as changing research methods and, at times, the neglect of stylistic research, necessitate special attention to this area.

This study revealed that speech stylistics is based on the norms of clarity (French: clarté), naturalness, brevity (English: precision), and simplicity.

The results of this study contribute to the definition of modern Kazakh language stylistics as a scientific discipline, as a branch of linguistics and language culture, and allow for new conclusions.
