ЖАЗУШЫ САЙЫН МҰРАТБЕКОВТІҢ СЫНШЫЛЫҚ ҚЫРЫ

Abstract

The article examines the insightful critical qualities of Sayyn Muratbekov, who entered the golden fund of world literature with his outstanding works “The Smell of Wormwood” and “Wild Apple Tree”. His critical articles are an indicator not only of the author's intelligence, but also of a clear, strong tendency, a keen eye for talent, a brilliant example of the study of intelligence. A skilled writer, distinguished by common sense and erudition, possesses a logical structure of thought and clear judgments.

Critical articles by Muratbekov, a classic of children's literature, translator and prose writer, have not been the subject of research until now. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that for the first time critical and educational articles by S. Muratbekov, which have deep scientific character and a clear civic position, have been studied. In his articles, revealing the essence, individuality and abilities of Kazakh writers, linking their opinions with the artistic spirit of works, demonstrating their innate research acumen, he paints a creative portrait of such writers as B. Mailin, B. Sokpakbayev, M. Makatayev, K. Yskak, R. Toktarov, B. Togysbayev, O. Suleimenov. The critic, paying attention to the mastery of each writer in creating a plot, to the truth of human life and characters, also determines their place in national literature. Creating a literary portrait of creative personalities, the critic evaluates everything and tells the truth about works of art that opened the artistic horizon for world literature.

The value of Muratbekov's articles is that he was able to reveal the essence of each writer he spoke about, to penetrate into the depths of their work, to see them with his own eyes, to be alone with them, to know the subtle layers of their souls, secrets inaccessible to the general public. Using methods of reasoning, analysis, comparison and generalization, the authors try to reveal the critic's unique and unrepeatable knowledge, the breadth of his rational thoughts and the accuracy of his conclusions. The results of the study can be used when writing papers on personal thinking, in creative laboratories, as well as in the courses “Criticism of Kazakh Literature” and “Kazakh Literature”.
