Globalization significantly affects subculture. Subculture is a special phenomenon that arises due to the development of general civilizational and interethnic relations. Each subculture has its own language relations, i.e. lexicon, style of language and special features of perception.
The main goal of the article is to analyze subculture from the diachronic point of view, study the speech features of modern youth and determine the influence to language evolution. The article analyzes the conceptual meaning of the concept subculture, language expression and communicative features of postsubculture representatives.
Research methods: general theoretical method, diachronic analysis, discursive analysis. The research work is based on the model of speech culture.
In the era of globalization, subculture was transformed and replaced by postsubculture. In the postsubculture period, since young people prefer the virtual world, individualization has become a priority over group cohesion. In the main part of the article, it is proved that modern youth often use slang, jargons, anglicism, etc. in oral and written speech. Slangism has a great influence on overcoming tension in speech and developing communication. Moreover, abbreviations, dysphemism are met in the speech.
