Abstract

This article comprehensively examines the effective methods and teaching practices used to develop writing skills in Kazakh for students who speak other languages. Writing skills play an important role in enhancing students' language abilities when learning Kazakh. The article analyzes the theoretical foundations of writing skill development, methods, and the role of modern teaching technologies.  During the research, the scientific and theoretical basis of effective methods for developing writing skills is identified, along with their practical application. The authors, by analyzing the research of foreign and Kazakh scholars, prove the significance of modern teaching technologies in forming writing skills in Kazakh. The article provides examples of the effectiveness of interactive teaching methods, web quests, the use of social networks, and project-based technologies. The results of the study are complemented by recommendations aimed at improving the methodology of teaching the Kazakh language.

The article scientifically substantiates the methods of teaching writing skills and analyzes their effectiveness. Writing skills include the ability of learners to systematically express their thoughts, correctly use language structures, and establish logical connections. The effectiveness and practical application of communicative, cognitive, constructive, and procedural methods are supported by examples. Additionally, the role of information and communication technologies in writing skill development is considered.

The article discusses the issue of using modern teaching technologies in teaching Kazakh to students who speak other languages from a scientific-practical perspective. The effectiveness of information and communication technologies, interactive teaching methods, online platforms, and digital tools for developing writing skills is explored. Practical examples are provided to demonstrate how these technologies influence the improvement of students' writing abilities.

The article also examines the experience of developing writing skills in Kazakh among students, with the results analyzed from a scientific standpoint. It presents the methods used in the teaching process, types of exercises, and task examples. Furthermore, the article addresses the challenges encountered in developing writing skills in Kazakh and proposes solutions to these issues.
