Abstract

The article considered the works of Academician Absattar Derbisali in the study of the life and work of one of the glorious children of the Kazakh people of the XVI century, the famous historian, poet-writer, versatile talent Muhammad Khaidar Dulaty. Since the beginning of the 90s of the XX century, he has been actively and continuously working in the direction of Dulaty studies in several directions. He was one of the first to write educational and research articles about the work "Tarikh-i Rashidi", the saga "Zhahan name", and made reports at international scientific and practical conferences. In the late 90s, Dulaty compiled and published a bibliographic reference book of his works and studies. He did a lot of research to find the grave of the great ancestor and found it in the ancient burial ground "Mazar-i Salatin" in Srinagar, Kashmir, Republic of India. He compared the Berlin and Urumqi versions of the saga "Zhahan namé", translated it into Kazakh, transcribed it, facsimile it and made it successful with the Kazakh readers. He wrote an extensive research work on the saga. After that, he compiled a scientific collection" Muhammad Khaidar Dulaty in the research of scientists of Kazakhstan". B. The importance of Derbisali's research compares the heritage of Dulaty with the works of foreign researchers and draws new conclusions. In particular, the great man conducted a lot of research work on the collection and analysis of materials related to the last years of his life and his death. He worked closely with Mansura Khaidar, a modern scientist in India, and contributed to the translation of his rich scientific works into archival materials. The research work describes and analyzes the works of Academician A. Derbisali related to this and other Dulaty heritage. The article uses biographical, comparative-historical, and phenomenological methods to demonstrate the scientist's work.
