Abstract

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the artistic method and its role and place in literary movements and trends. In literary studies, the artistic method is defined as a system of specific principles and techniques that the author uses to reveal the meaning and content of a work. This article explores the relationship between the artistic method and literary movements and trends, as well as the unique features and creative approaches of each movement. The article also examines the history of the formation of literary movements and their interconnections. Each movement arises in response to certain historical and social conditions and employs its own distinct artistic methods. For example, the Romantic movement emphasizes the inner world and emotions of the individual, while Realism seeks to depict the objective reality of society. The article compares the artistic methods of these movements, highlighting their similarities and differences. Additionally, the artistic approaches of movements such as Symbolism and Impressionism, with their new perspectives on nature and human life, are analyzed.

The development of literary movements plays a significant role in reflecting the social and political conditions of the time. Each new direction mirrors societal changes and innovations in culture and philosophy. For instance, Modernism and Avant-garde movements in the early 20th century sought to convey the profound changes and revolutionary mood in society. These movements, through their artistic methods, opposed traditional literature, introducing experimental techniques and new forms.

The article also discusses how artistic methods reflect changes and innovations in the literary process. It analyzes the mutual influence of literary movements and their role in shaping new aesthetic values. Additionally, through the creative process and styles, the article demonstrates how literature evolves, with the renewal of genre forms.
